translations pt. 1

i wrote this LONG post about english and language and all that blah but decided to erase the entire thing because it was a bit on the serious note and serious wasn't quite was i was going for. i have, in turn, decided to post some translations for you. we use these terms everyday without even thinking twice. some of them may have come from the englishear, which for some reason is still a work in progress but at any rate...

What it is?
How are you doing?

SHIIITTTT, i'on even not know homeboy
I have no idea about that situation.

Bitch Stop!
Fuck you!

Boy/Girl Stop!
You're silly.

...and that's real talk right there.
I'm serious about this matter.

Hell Motherfu*kin' naw!
That's unbelievable.

I know you shittin' me!
You're lying.

Bring yo' ass!
Come here right now!

You got me fu*ked up
You obviously have me mistaken for someone else.

You so damn triflin'
You have a bad sense of character.

Wrench them off in that sank before you leave
Wash the dishes before you go.

This don't make no damn sense
Gas is way too high.
(LOL- this one can be used in many situations)

Ay shawty let me holla at you right quick for a minute
Excuse me young lady, it would be my pleasure to make your acquaintance.

Fu*k you then!
I wasn't interested in the first place.
Usually used after the young lady ignores the young man trying to "make her acquaintance".

My stomach is tap-dancing on my liver (nikki)
I'm hungry.

It's about to go down this weekend!
We're going to have a good time at the party this weekend.

Wussup kinfolk?
How are you?
Usually used at family gatherings

i have more but i'm tired so the must be continued at a later date...

LOL. I thought about writing this type of blog before as well.... I've got one to add...

"In the cut".... I ALWAYS thought that was self-explanatory until I used it and someone asked me what it meant.... It means "In the cut! How else do you want me to explain it?!" LOL
